Lake Effect came about as several previous bands began to go separate ways. Tim spent a five years with Hazmat, DJ Shakes was playing bass with Liquorish, Dave was with Double Crossed and then moved across the country for a few years, Deano has been working on an original project called Corporate Angel, and Brook was singing with 1 Across.
